Confirmation will be received via email once your order has been processed. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE.
UAE Shipping
Delivery within the UAE is free on all orders 200 AED and over. On orders under 200 AED it is charged at a standard rate of 20 AED
Free collection is available from our Dubai (Al Manara) based showroom by appointment within 2 working days of order.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Deliveries are usually made within 2-5 working days.
UK Shipping
Delivery to the UK is charged at a standard rate of 40AED.
Orders will be dispatched withing 2 working days.
Deliveries are usually made within 7 - 10 working days.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to the following countries - Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Shipping to these countries is charged at a standard rate of 75 AED.
Courier or postal companies may vary by destination. Orders will be shipped within 2 working days. We aim to have the items delivered to you within 2 weeks, but it may take longer depending on destination.
If you reside outside of the countries listed above please email info@alanabree.com to arrange international shipping to your destination. Shipping rates will be agreed in advance before you place your order.
