Returns & Exchange

We absolutely want you to be happy with your Alana Bree dress(es) but we understand that clothes may need to be returned as they may be the wrong size, colour etc.

If you wish to return or exchange your order please email us at info@alanabree.com within 7 days of receiving your product with details of your order number and the reason for returning or exchanging your item(s). If more than 7 days have past since your items were delivered, we may be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your dress must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - new, unworn, and unwashed with labels still intact - and in the original packaging. If your purchase is not returned in such condition Alana Bree holds the right to refuse the return. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please ensure that the items is appropriately packaged to avoid damage to our clothing in transit.

We require your returned items to be sent to Dubai by a registered courier service. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, send us an email at info@alanabree.com. Our Exchange Policy is 14 days from purchase.
