Returns & Exchange

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We want you to be happy with your Alana Bree items and we accept returns that are reported to us within 7 days of receiving your product.  If more than 7 days have past since your items were delivered, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Simply send us an email to info@alanabree.com with details of your order number and the reason for returning or exchanging your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on any sale items.

We require your returned items to be sent by a registered courier service. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will only be done through Original Mode of Payment.

Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be complete
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@alanabree.com.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour, send us an email at info@alanabree.com. Our Exchange Policy is 14 days from purchase

SHIPPING YOUR ITEM
To return your product, you should send it to: Flipside General Trading LLC (Alana Bree), 309 Barsha Valley, Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE .  Please send us an email to info@alanabree.com before shipping a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you'd like like to cancel an order you've placed, it's only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.  Once your shipment is on the way to you, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it. Refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be complete.
